I hit the road this morning to get down to Houston to spend the week with Reese, Joi, and Darleen. It was the first decent distance ride using the new Zumo as well as running all of the audio through the MixIt.

The Zumo rocks. The voice nav prompts were really helpful, keeping me on track through my tour of Texas Farm-to-Market roads and the Sam Houston National Forest. I’m really pleased with the unit and think it’s going to be really helpful on the long trip this summer.

I got in around 3:30 in the afternoon and was really glad to see Reese. I definitely missed the little guy…
